NORAD “tracking” Santa means someone is actually doing that

on the one hand, the whole “NORAD tracks Santa” thing feels like some weird military propaganda. on the other hand, i realize that this means there are Very Serious People with Allegedly Serious Jobs working for the Space Force in uniform who sit and discuss, and actually make, a thing to “track” Santa, in some room somewhere, probably Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs… and this just feels so outright silly i have to grin anyways.
